formerly known as Living Tree Wellness Massage Studio in North Branch, MN, or perhaps maybe you know me from the many other places and experiences that have shaped and molded me over the last 7.5 years in this profession;
My name is Lauren, and I am very passionate about the holistic wellness services I provide. I have been practicing massage therapy since 2015. Massage therapy is considered complementary and alternative medicine in Minnesota. Integrative and preventative health has been a bright passion of mine ever since I can remember early on in my childhood. I will be able to say that I have been a holistic wellness practitioner for 8 years as of September 2023! Wow! I love this journey and I am so excited to include you all.

I strive to always continue learning about health and wellness to better serve my community from an evidence informed and holistic approach. I love the outdoors. You can find me cooking (& eating of course!), gardening, lounging with my cats, reading, and drinking coffee everywhere I go.I hope to welcome many new faces to my massage therapy and holistic health practice as I begin a journey in this new location, Eden Prairie! I am so excited to meet you.
