RESERVATION POLICIES:

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Ultimate Integrative Health strives to provide exceptional care to all patients and prevent the spread of communicable disease. Respecting your time, health, ethics, and safety are our top priority. In our desire to be effective and fair to all patients, the following policies are honored:

Cancellation Policy

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to reserve an appointment.

We may contact you with the information provided to confirm your reservation and the scheduling software will send reminder texts and/or emails. Please feel free to use these digital features to reschedule and cancel your appointments as needed.

Booking an appointment requires you to place a credit card on hold. The card may be charged up to 100% of the appointment price if you fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to the reservation.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for the full amount of the missed appointment. This is to be paid prior before making another reservation. We will always make many attempts to contact you to confirm that no major emergency occurred.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your wellness practitioner will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that we can begin your session at the scheduled time.

Sickness, Illnesses & Emergencies

We understand that sickness, illness, and emergencies can happen very suddenly and are often out of our control. Please inform us immediately if you are experiencing an emergency or not well enough to make it to your appointment. We will work with you to do our best to reschedule your appointment to another day and time. Please do your best to give as much notice as possible so that we can begin to contact patients on the waiting list.

Weather & Road Conditions

Cancellations due to weather must be rescheduled to another date and time. We understand that road conditions in Minnesota can be hazardous at times. If you feel it is unsafe or unwise to travel, please contact us immediately. A virtual wellness appointment may be substituted for any in-person service.

We reserve the right to contact you for illness, sickness, emergencies, and/or weather and road conditions. Ultimate Integrative Health strives to provide exceptional care to all patients and prevent the spread of communicable disease. Respecting your time, health, and safety are our top priority.

All services are by appointment only. Gratuity is never expected, always appreciated. You must use a credit card to reserve your appointment online. Pre-payment is not generally required except for new patients scheduling via text message or phone call. You can choose to pay before online, or just hold your card to reserve the appointment.

Ultimate Integrative Health does not process refunds. All payments are final and redeemable toward services with UIH. Cash, local checks, and most major credit and debit cards are accepted at the time of your service. In most cases, HSA cards are also accepted for services through UIH.
